This is Esther’s first book and it’s a gem! She is able to take a psychological and sociological look at relationships, sex and our expectations and beliefs – to help us to understand why we can sometimes get ourselves into a mess. Understanding what we really want from sex will help us to flourish in our relationships. This is a very useful sex education book.
She also has a series of TED talks that are great to watch.
